Role Description
Our PR and Sales team is dedicated to building strong connections with clients and promoting our brand. We are excited to expand our team and welcome a talented intern.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn how data-driven strategies fuel our success in the world of PR and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Artist Prospecting: Identify and research potential artists, bands, or clients that align with our promotional services and products.
- Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with artists and clients through email, phone calls, or other communication channels to establish and nurture relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the promotional services and products offered by our company to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to artists and clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and how they can meet their promotional needs.
- Sales Negotiations: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, striving to secure sales agreements that benefit both parties.
- Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager or team.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and performance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging artists or clients that may be relevant to our services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and tailor offerings to meet their needs better.
- Media Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists. This may involve drafting press releases, creating media lists, and monitoring media coverage.
Qualities and skills you possess:
- Technical and computer savvy.
- Writing and conversationally fluent in English.
- Age required 21- 28 (Fresh graduates (training will be provided)
- Education level: Bachelor's degree
- Applicants should be capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations and managing multiple tasks or assessments simultaneously.
